SPEC SHEETMedical Cable Assemblies
SEC · 01
Product Overview
This ECG lead set is wired for a specified monitor, lead count and patient-side termination. Electrode labels, conductor map, shield or driven-return arrangement and cleaning exposure must follow the device program; the cable itself does not establish applied-part classification.
Application Scenarios
- Patient monitoring, diagnostic, imaging and portable medical equipment
- Sensor leads, probe extensions, internal medical harnesses and patient-side cable programs
- Replacement or compatible cable development based on drawings, samples or device interfaces
- Projects that require stable labeling, traceability and repeat-order control
Custom Options
- Connector interface, length, jacket material, color and labels can be customized
- TPU, silicone, shielding, overmolding and strain-relief structures can be reviewed per device context
- Samples can be matched to patient-side, probe-side or host-side interface definitions
- Documentation and inspection plans can be aligned with the target medical device program
RFQ Inputs & Material Requirements
Provide the monitor and patient-side connector references, lead map and labels, cable and jacket BOM, finished and branch lengths, motion and cleaning profile, shielding requirement and device-defined electrical and mechanical tests.
