- ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemBest fit for projects that need a supplier QMS evidence path for onboarding, customer audits, internal audits, or end-customer review. It works alongside IPC assembly requirements and 100% electrical testing rather than replacing them.

Engineering Services
05Pre-production engineering support: DFM, drawing control, reverse engineering, and rapid prototyping.
- Engineering Review & Drawing ControlBest fit for programs that have an initial connector choice and a starting structure; reverse review is available for legacy replacement programs. Not a substitute for the customer's system-level validation.
- Free DFM ReviewBest fit for first-pass RFQ review when a drawing, sample, or installation constraint is available. Deep engineering review and reverse engineering are handled under separate capability paths.
- Build-to-Print ManufacturingBest fit when the customer drawing is mature and should not be changed freely. The released package defines materials, cut and strip dimensions, the approved crimp, solder, IDC or other termination method, shielding and strain-relief construction, critical-to-quality checks, and final electrical release. Incomplete drawings should run through engineering review or DFM first.
- Cable Reverse EngineeringBest fit when a physical sample exists but the original drawing, BOM, or process records are missing. If a full drawing already exists, build-to-print is usually the cleaner route.
- Rapid Prototyping ProgramBest fit for RFQ-to-sample projects that need fast validation. Once samples move into production, the project follows the normal low-MOQ / high-mix production rhythm.
