Product Overview
Replacement development reconstructs a cable from controlled drawings, a legacy sample or both. A sample can establish geometry and wiring, but material ratings, obsolete connector identity and device-level performance remain open until supported by a BOM or customer requirement.
Application Scenarios
- OEM equipment internal wiring and replacement cable programs
- Prototype, pilot-run and repeat production builds based on drawings or samples
- Projects requiring labels, branch control, shielding or protective structures
- Supply-chain replacement projects that need stable engineering documentation
Custom Options
- Connector series, wire gauge, length, branch layout and labels can be customized
- Shielding, overmolding, sleeving, heat shrink and strain relief can be reviewed per drawing
- Samples, photos, BOMs or legacy parts can be used for engineering comparison
- Low-MOQ sampling and repeat production support are available
RFQ Inputs & Material Requirements
Supply the best available drawing, working sample, photos, equipment model, connector markings, pin map, critical dimensions and known electrical or environmental limits. Mark every feature that may change from the legacy build.
